U need sum very gud faculty, a proper mgmt wic is missing here.Ppl mi8 argue wit me tat BMA do hav best of lot, so here’s an overview of tat den u decide:
- A faculty from Strategy Dept says M stil getting 10 times more salary den wat I get nw, bt I wanna work here coz I love tis field... Knws oly to tear apart students feelings... Hez oly confused abt his life humko kya sikhayega. If he can get more salary den Y in BMA go IIMs category... Koi aur mila nhi to students hi sahi.2. One faculty frm HR, has no knowledge abt Placement (Shez helpless guyz) bt is Placement officer n has done nil til date to bring in gud cos or k k kinda cos.
God knws wat gonna happen to students.3. No faculty for retail specialization, on one side de say de r among few collgs to run tis program bt sadly de hav no faculty with experience in retail, its a specialized course n u need experts for tat bt at end of d day de will send sumone frm sumwhere wit gud knwledge of other topics like IT, HR, Finance to teach subjects like CRM, Rural Retailing (Pitty on faculty who does all tis for Money, students don wanna come to der class).4. Aftr al tis collg argues n say u r not supposed to ask us to change faculty n all...
Do wateva we want to, take want we r providng n go out of tis collg wit a degree.Do u wanna do mba for degree???5. Sum Ppl were taking abt learning exp... boss wen u have no experts den wat will u learn... reading frm books anyone can do... bt dat industry exp noone can teach. U want bookish knwledge or Industry insights, practical scenarios???6. Students has to go for internship under RAI prog in retail sector, d above strategy guy s head of tis process (den understand wat gonna happn). Guyz no single co frm retail sector for tis. According to college, tis program is certified by RAI, if tat is s d case den y did collg approached RAI (again a fake story frm collg). FAKE FAKE FAKE!!!!7. Collg had gr8 bunch of faculty wit really gud knwledge n exp bt nw de hav very very less (earlier arnd 30 odd n nw 4-8)8. Two yrs back, total number of students in collg were arnd 450 bt its nt even 100!!! Y u think!!!9. Earlier collg had a system named SMART CAMPUS for taking attendance online, v had big kiosk like computer system whr one can swipe ID card n access all info related to him/her bt nw v’ve to tear one paper frm notebook n write our names der for attendance!!! U pay 4-5 lacs for such process???
