I had a bad experience with this company. I ordered a bouqet on 13th Feb, 2009 for my wife to be delivered on 14th Feb (Valentine’s day). I paid through credit card INR 590/- Today is 15th Feb, and I haven’t received anything so far.
Their phone is diverted to a full voice mail box. I have sent several messages and received one response saying that I"ll get my order in time. It’s so frustrating to see such fraudulent merchants cheating customers. These companies should be punished and their sites should be banned. Here is the trace of my communication with them on their site.
Avoid this company. I am thinking of some legal action against them.Manoj Jhanji.

I guess your day will end at midnight today. This is absolutely frustrating experience with your company. I am highly disappointed, as no one is picking up your phone also. Is this how you operate your business? I need an explanation why have you not been able to deliver in time. If I dont get a call from you, Ill be forced to take some serious action against your company, which can hurt your business.
