Bangaloreonlineflorists.com is a fraud company appears to be operating out of Kolkata. Don’t get utter shocked to here that they dont have office in Bangalore.
Some of their simple strategies:
(1) They have enabled voice mail box to the customer service number and they generally don’t pick up phones.. this is to suck up your money in calling repeatedly and making sure you would not call again.
(2) They , generally, don’t deliver the product (if you have got the delivery, you are great).
(3) Their online transaction charge comes in some other name cuser.com or something like that and not in their name to escape any legal problems(how clever they are!!!)
(4) Sometimes they charged twice and you can’t do anything about it.
In simple words, I strongly suggest you to avoid them and please please dont loose your hard earned money.
Personal experience: I had ordered products worth Rs.10000 for which I was billed Rs.15000 and I am still waiting for the delivery.
