Education is a commercial commodity at NHPS

I am completely in agreement with Mr.Devraj, for I have had first hand experience of this just about 2 days ago.

I was so shocked when I heard that I need to shell out over 1, 60, 000 for my son’s nursery school education. This is over and above the other essentials like shoes, uniform, books, transport etc.. which adds up to a neat sum as well!

One thing I must say, NHPS does have its list of affiliates.. from the electronic shop at Palace road..from where you have to buy the computers .. for the so called ’orphanage’.. to the shops for shoes, uniforms etc... they have quite a network.

after waiting there for almost 4 hours and having to step in and out of her room at least 5 times, because she kept walking out after calling us in... I was very cooly told by this lady from NHPS, she behaved as if she is doing us a favour...

that she could not give us much time to pay this amount... we would have to cough up the sum the very next day... and the procedure was that we would need to do our deed of charity .. I mean buy them the computers ... and show them the invoice before they considered our child for the admission..

My child was hungry and tired of waiting there for so long and was crying uncontrollably by the time we finished, I wonder why they ask us to come over if all they had to tell us was the fees.

So all you parents like me who have been told that NHPS is one of the best schools around.. wake up!!
