I bought gift on my mother’s b’day, they said they just can’t deliver the gift and forced me to buy a bouquet, I added Rs 350 more and bought so that she will get her it on time.
But to my dismay, they didn’t deliver anything and they even not responding to the calls after getting the money.
My whole day spent trying their number and then finally I wrote mail to refund my amount.
To my utter surprise I got the reply back saing the delivery was already done.
