When it comes to their "overdraft fees" and them reversing them to refelct a credit on your account, forget it. Of course, you are opted to use your "1 time free get out the hole" credit for an NSF. BUT, Thats just one time. Its a courtsey and nothing more. Although, dont make a habit of going overdrawn and racking up the overdrat fees because once you have used their "1 time free get out of the hole" refund then thats it! From this point on, Bank of america is VERY stubborn about giving you the customer anymore refunds on overdraft fees. So unless you have a REALLY good plan and or prove that it was a "bank error" then GOOD LUCK!
I have found the Online Banking to be awesome! Very good useful tools. Havent used the ATMs, since there is only a few in the state of Ohio and is no where close to where I live. My account was automatically opened in Virgina since I opened it up online and of course because I live in Ohio.
Bottom line is, Bank of America is a very good bank and highly recommended, but when it comes to their overdraft fees then beware!
