I signed up for a checking account with this bank nearly a year ago and have been so very pleased with everyone that I’ve dealt with.
I am a student at a local university and didn’t want to get involved with all of the campus credit cards that they throw at you when you walk in the door, so I went in and paid a visit to my parent’s bank.
Sign up was easy and so inexpensive! The customer service rep. was willing to listen to and answer all of my ’’new to banking’’ questions with a bright smile. I felt very comfortable and knew I was making the right choice.
Not long into my account I was a little careless and was overdrawn on more than one occasion, but again, they were there willing to work with me. The branch manager over-rode the ’’money hold’’ order on my account both times, allowing me instant access to my cash.
I use the online banking service, checks, check card, credit card, and make both deposits and withdraws from their plentiful ATMs and branches nationwide and haven’t encountered a single problem yet.
This is a wonderful bank and would recommend it to anyone.
