Bank of america has shown me more incompetence than i’ve seen in my lifetime. I have found one thing to be true about them.They dont care about you. even when the customer is always right, not when it comes to their money. They care about those overdraft charges. that pay THIER bills. but when you ask them to wave one of the 4 overdrafts, and ask to be considerate to a veteran of the armed forces who has been stranded after fighting for thier freedoms. they still dont care. In closing, I know there must be a bank out there that has the word trust in it and stands beside that word. This bank is going to see many bad reviews if more and more people go through the same ordeal I went through this month. I do hope all employees of bank of america enjoy their freedom. Your very welcome, think ill go see if the bank of saddam is still giving away free tupperware with every checking account. Good Ridance Bank of America!!
