My husband and I opened an account with this bank because he is in the military and we wanted a bank that was Nationwide. So, we opened an account with assurances that they catered to the military. We soon found out that they didn’t. More than a few times they held our direct deposit for a day after the date of deposit. When we called and asked how we were to access our money, we were told to use our check card. After using the check card we received NSF notices for withdrawing money before our deposit was made. Also, their NSF fees are very high. Currently they stand at $28. We had many problems such as this with them.
