Guise I think, I am using the services of bank of baroda from past 3 year. Firstly I thought it is new bank in punjab and with few months, it gone to be update their services.
But after spending 3 years in queue, I finally conclude that it is worst banking services in India. You dont get any update about your account via mobile, you have to vist in the bank. Workers in the Amritsar branch are no so polite as others banks.
One thing that is nice is mobile app, which is really fast and very easy to operate. Overall internet and phone banking provide average performance in this compititor era.
So, overall if you are very busy person like me, then dont go with this bank.
