The rules and regulations of Bank Of Baroda is not customer supportive at all. I am sharing my personnel experince here. 3 months ago I visited Bank Of Baroda, Bettiah, Bihar branch for opening my saving account. I asked the person who was seated there on counter for account opening form. He asked me for my address. I told him my permanent address of my village. Then, he told me you are not eligible to open your account in our branch, visit your nearest branch of Lauriya, Bihar. I asked him about the eligiblity cariteris then he said anyone can open account in his/her nearest branch only. I was shocked, in this age banks are having this type of rules. I thought, perhaps that person is telling lie. So, I met the branch manager and askes for the same.Got the exactly same answer. Then I told him, how it could be possible, I am having my one saving account in Yes Bank, Surat Branch. Then the answer of that branch manager was totally disgusting. He answered me in an arrogant way I don’t know the name of Yes bank No bank. I came out of his cabin without saying anything. I will never recommend it.
