Irresponsible staff!!

I have been a customer of this bank since last 2 years and l am not at all happy with this bank. The staff is irresponsible. I had quite a hard time opening account with this bank, but this was the only nearby bank in our locality. Also approx 8 months passed , l got my name registered in scheme offering you to deposit rs 1000 per month and get rate of intrest increased. The deduction of amount will b done by your account, but till date no info about that scheme has been given to us inspite of our several visits. Also they have just one machine fr passbook , nd this creates a whole bunch of people stading in queues .lt takes approx 35 min standing in line only. I asked the receptionist also , but she paid no attention. Overall, the staff was quite irresponsible!
