Its a kind of average catagory of bank.there is no any good facility to customers.The response of this bank emloyee is too wrost.when I opened a account on this bank they took 1 month to process it out.
the availability of its ATM is so rare, we have to find its atm in a bg town also.There is need to upgrade its atm system.
the phone banking provided by it is too worst.It lags too much.
the internet banking provided by it is a complicated webpage design.we have to find a lot if we want to do a FD, RD or money transfer
The customer service provided by it is like, the customer executive never pickup the phone.again we have to visit the branch to solve the problem and again this bank employee ask us to contact customer care.
