I am a customer of Bank Of Baroda since 2009. I have Baroda Basic Savings Bank Scheme. I love this bank because from the opening date, I have an ATM card and the bank does not charge for that ATM card where the other banks do. In this scheme, the bank does not charge for anything and it gives me the facilities like Phone banking(through Baroda M connect plus), Net banking, Baroda M passbook, and Baroda rewards. Whenever I bought something by using my debit cum ATM card, I got some points which were deposited in the Baroda Rewards app and it was redeemed by recharge mobile and DTH connection. So it is an extra benefit that I got from the bank. And most importantly whenever I face some online issues like "transaction failure" or "911 service is out of reach" then an then I called the customer care toll free number and they solve the problem very quickly. I just want to tell little more about the bank is that whenever I face some offline problems like mobile number update or KYC update, the branch staffs were just asked for a letter and they do the update on the spot without any delay or pending. So in a word, I am very happy with there services and their facilities.
