I Made online payment for my Sister Collage( Amity University, Noida) fees through debit card on the date of 1st December.
My Transaction was failed but the amount of Rs.36, 500 ( Collage fees) Debited from my Bank of baroda account.I gate Mini Statment whuch shows that the amount of that figure goes from my BOB S/b accoun to collage account.
But Collage page shows that they Did not gatr any amount from me or I did not gate any kind of Receipt.So I am requesting you to help me out of this Problem.
