I think that service of Bank of Baroda is very poor. I don’t have any account with Bank of Baroda. One of my relative has account in this bank and every month I have to go to bank of Baroda to deposit cash in her account. In this branch we have to deposit cash through cash deposit machine.
It take too much time and irritating. Some customer who don’t know how to use this machine or illiterate person take too much time to operate. There is no staff to assist them. All staff know that customers are suffering but nobody comes to help. They don’t care about anything. The worst thing is that teller has no customer at his window yet he/she don’t care.
