Bank of baroda is most popular bank in banking secter
But my personal point of they dont deserve it its some reason isay tha .i give some point belowe about this .
ATM working condituins -All are ATM mostly out of service like 24 hours working in only 8 hours .
Costumer service and behaviour -
Its very most important part of banking to point of contmer .
I have visited in last friday in bank of baroda baranch in karawal delhi - 110094 .
My issues -
1 - helping status very poor if ask any exicutive about any problem than he is not hear at one and than hear just ask another and than I go another than say ask another and if you go again another person than he say come again day so I think how can I solve my issue .
2 - if you tell you somthink about your problem its possible not sure he says right or wrong .
Onece a time I got a new account so visited in brance and take a form and ask a exutive what minimum amount I get to open my new account than he says 1000 rupees but I ask another ge says 3000 and again ask another than he says 5000 rupees you want a new acount to open .so I confuge .
Its a very poor costumer service
