Banks are made to safe your hard money. It’s a easy way to save and for all kind of transactions. Bank of baroda is well known central govt governed bank which is running nation wide. With their huge clients they are serving crores of people. But my experience with BOB is very bad. I have an current account with BOB, first of all they don’t care about clients at all. They will do what they want to do at their speed only. I faced so many glitch when I opened my account. They returned my some of my cheques by saying that mark company’s stamp altjough it is a name printed cheque book issued by bank only. After a huge discussion they finally returned the cheque while there is no seal required when name is already printed.
One day morning I went to stop my given cheque but they kept me busy in application and seql things and that cheque got cleared. My personal experience with BOB os not at all good. They should be trained towards customer centric rather than Procedure handling. They are still running traditional things like token for cheque clearing. Please think before choosing this bank as your banking partner. #HappyBanking
