Its been a while that i’ve been using bank of baroda and its fascilities have satisfied me. First of all there was no hassle in opening an account .It was very quick and easy . The reason why I opened an account in this bank was for its e banking fascilities.E banking services of bank of baroda is very good . Transactions are made very flawlessly .
Even the international fund transfers are pretty quick compared to the other banks that i’ve used. The customer support is very good . Employees are eager to help their customers which is not very common with other banks . But I felt that the atm fascilities weren’t very good. First of all there is lack of atm counters in my locality and I even faced some issues with the atm card . But the problem was fixed very quickly , thanks to the customer support team . Well my experience with bank of baroda was satisfactory . The customer service and support is very good but there is room for improvement .
