For some reasons this bank started to send me unsolicited emails aka spam. I found their contact emails and asked them to stop. They did not. Instead, they asked me to fill a compliant form, in which I must provide my Indian phone number when I don’t have one. It is insane. They can spam me, they refuse to stop, and I cannot do anything about it.
And about the incompetency. Their spam emails do have the Unsubscribe link, but it does not work. I mean, it is a bank, everything should work here. But no. So please ignore it.
