Lack of management

My mom has opened an account it a year ago. It was opened with 1000rs. And there is a condition to keep minimum balance of 500rs in the account. Otherwise, it will charge some amount every month. My mom has a current account in it. I usually go to the bank for the transaction of money from my mom’s account. It is situated in Digha which is 3km away from my home.


The bank gave the atm card within a week after opening the account. But they didn’t give cheque book. After that, I asked for it and they had given me. There is lack of maintenance of machines in the bank like the passbook update machine does not work properly. There is no any green card facility due to which I have to stand in queue for the transaction of money. It has a mobile app but I have not installed it because there is no use of it.


I have applied for internet banking because I feel quite safe on it. Its customer service is not very good. They are no any security guards in the bank which feels quite unsafe for us. Though it is developing and opening branches everywhere but it needs to look after it and the maintenance of machines.
