I have a account in bank of baroda since 8 years and its service is okay for me. With time its services has been improved.
Its staff is polite and customer friendly. They always help me if I need. Customer service is very good. I also use internet banking and it works fine. Phone banking is also satisfactory.
BOB atm service is fine. Since demonetisation atm service is little bit affected but now it is working fine.
It also gives decent interest rates on fd and other attractive offers.
I am satisfied with it and recommend it to others also.
