I had an account in Bank of Baroda which I stopped using due to very slow service and unprofessional envoirment. For every little things related to forgot password or other things we have to visit the branch. Submit a request form / enrollment form and wait for the new password to come by courier or post. they charge very high interest rates. Moreover, they does not even provide services as good as other banks provides now a days. For me even ICICI and HDFC banks are much better than Bank of Baroda. They should improve their services and workers quality.
