Not given me full satisfaction

I have open one account in this bank .It was very easy and fast but I applied for ATM card and I not recived yet there is 1year from that time one year is over now and I will close my account from this bank .This bank very disappoints me my ATM not recived my atm yet please people try another bank like STATE BANK OF INDIA ITS NICE FROM THIS BANK
