BANK OF BARODA which is also known as BOB. My account in BOB is since last 3 year’s. I have saving account with it. In my city ( Nashik) BOB have best service like ATM, CDM, Passbook printing machines etc. The basic banking services like you can withdraw money, Deposit money, passbook printing and online banking servers at the time of payment. In my city whenever I was going to machines they all are in working condition always. ATM’s are always on and ready to withdraw money. CDM i.e. Cash Deposit Machine is also working always to deposit your money to account. I have seen many banks machine are not in working condition. The passbook printing machine experience is very good. Just insert your passbook last printing page into machine and they print it without pressing any key.
Under the bank staff also treated good but some staff is not. Some staff is not talking well or gives insufficient information. But that issue is in every bank and branch.
The BOB app is well designed and easy to use. They have good interface for app. Not getting more time to load statements and other services. Many work like order new ATM card or generate statement are done easily through it.
