Hello, this bank is one of the worst banks you can deal with. There is not one field where I received a positive experience. When I call to find out info abt my account even though I enter my account number and my phone number is registered with them I need to verify all the info again. DOB, address, account number and what not. Ok fine! I get it that its for my security I am finally speaking to someone after I am on hold for a minimum of 15 mins and after he listens to my complain can only tell me that I need to visit the branch. If I decide to speak to a supervisor he simply hangs up! I try to do online transactions and after the bank msgs me my user ID I try to log in and it says the info is incorrect. I call to find out what happened I am told to visit the branch! I go to the branch speak to someone after a long wait and NO ASSISTANCE what so ever! I need to fill forms and that is it! No sign of a password. I decide to close my account and NO ONE TO ASSIST me with that as well. Very few ATMs around!
GIVE ME ONE REASON WHY SHOULD I KEEP MY ACCOUNT. Apart from the fact that if I cant close it and if do not keep a balance I incur fees! Like really! Fees for what! What service have you provided me with!
