I am a engineering first year student from gondia city which is located in Maharashtra.
My engineering college is at yavatmal.
I applied for an educational loan from the bank and met the manager of the bank he totally agreed and I got the permission of loan.
They said just to open an account in their bank which is needed for the further process. So we opened account on the same day in November 2017. They said your account will open after verification from pune and it will require 5 to 6 days.
I agreed and paid the amount to open the account which was ₹1000.
After 1 week I reached the bank for my bank passbook and atm, they said your account isn’t ready due to technical error so again I agreed and got back to home.
As everyone know the first column in the form of education loan is of bank account number without it we cannot proceed.
Now after 2 months on 03/01/2017 I reached the bank for my further process of education loan to get my account number.
I gave my recipt to the counter to get my account number but still the account was not ready. This is how the bank works they do not have value for time. And their employees do not even talk to customers properly. I know I will get the loan from the bank but due to their careless attitude towards work so much time of mine is wasted.
