Sub: Regarding Poor Customer Service & Profane Language.


Respected Sir/Ma’am,


I am writing to you on behalf of my syndicate and associates holding A/C at the Bank of Baroda, Attapur Branch. As I approached to the Credit Card Officers 1. Mr. Ravi Kumar 2. Mr. Jagdish Reddy(Both used Vulgar Language and din’t disclose names also) regarding important bank related work they offended and threatened me. These officers doesnot have a proper way of speaking with customers. Even lot of other customers are feeling very bad about the same. They are using very Profane and bad Vulgar language to Customers. We feel very humiliated and helpless as they are saying to complaint where ever possible but no one can even touch their hair. They are saying that all higher officials in their bank aswell other departments are in their pockets and obey them. This matter is very severe for an individual and causes lot of shame in front of other customers at that moment and may lead to severe circumstances like fobia towards banks or speaking out in public etc. Customer Service is the main area where any financial organization rise or fall. Request you to please take necessary action on your so called staff and let them go thru proper training in client relations and management. If their attitude remain the same may be other A/C holders will be shifting their A/C to other banks sooner or later. Hence, Sincerely request you to please take necessary action immediately.


This mail is not only to bring this issue to your knowledge but also to enhance the customer retention and banking services. Last but not the least, this matter may be very common and perceptually small to you but not for the respect of an individual, he may go ahead and take unexpected steps on himself which we can not assume. Hope my gravency will be taken with utmost priority and addressed. Kindly do the needful.
