No customer service. No value of customer

I am having a savings account with bank of baroda. I have faced totally poor experience with this bank many times. Firstly when I wanted to transfer my account from vapi ( gujarat) branch to navsari ( gujarat) branch and also at the time of transferring my ppf account too. No customer support. Vapi people say that contact Navsari branch people and vice versa. I know how I got my account transferred from one branch to another. Recently I wanted to get a locker in Navsari station branch. We approached this branch many times during last 3 months but everytime we have one or other reason to postpone the support. I am surprised that most of the time they have only one answer that locker wale sir 6utti par hain aap kal ya agle week me aaiye. I am shocked how they are operating their branch and if one officer is not available why other officer cant handle his work. Why customer has to return empty hands. Do they have any value of customer? Even on today I am getting same excuse and I havent received any locker though I am a customer of this bank for last many years. I am fed up of these guys and writing on this website. Really this bank has no interest in its customers. I want to close my account because I am tired now.
