Bank of Baroda aka BOB act and pretend to modern but it work as they work in late 79’s.
BOB mean Bad of Bad .
I open my first account with this dumb bank.Whenever I fill slip to diposit my cheque or to get cash.The cashier or staff behind window asked that fill it properly, talk to other staff or moving here n there.Always waist ing time.
When I asked for Cheque book they asked nahi milegi.
Once they enter wrong account number when I asked them that my payment is not reflect in my account they check and told that this ammount is diposit in suspens cos I fill wrong info, but when I show receipt of deposit they said this is ur fault not our and all staff shouting on me.When ppl standing after me support me that this account number is correct and fault is of ur staff.then they realise their fault.
After this incedence I close my account with bob and open account in other bank.
Not good service.
