Recently I have opened an account in Bank OF Baroda because a new branch opened in front of my house., but since then I have been regretting my decision. The big fame and name bank, The bank of baroda is really bad in terms of their services., the day I opened up the account I didn’t receive any information about when I will get my debit card and their staff told me to keep on checking as they also don’t know.
But this was not a major problem for me., but when I started using their ATM., i have been really thinking how a big fool I am to open the account in this pathetic bank., out of ten times only 2 times my transaction in atm must have gone smoothly. Otherwise the atm always hangs up., stuck in between transaction., and one time in between a transaction my money(notes) got stuck into the machine.And most of the time I go for a transaction to the atm there is a board outside which says "MACHINE KHARAAB HAI".
Twice I have complained about the atm to the branch manager but I have not seen a single improvement., everything is same old and pathetic.
I would really not advice to keep your money with BANK OF BARODA., who is so lazy for improving it services., there is no point of giving your own money to someone and then suffer.!
