I needed to transfer my branch to the one closer to my home( both in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand). They were not able to process a simple request of transfer of branch . Both my older branch and the one next to my home were totally incompetent. My older branch made me run for 2-3 days for documents they required. Every time I went there they required a new document .
When they finally transferred my account, I went to the one next to my home and again they made me run for around two months, every time saying that my documents have not reached then from my previous branch. They even started ignoring me after a while as if it wasn’t their concern that my documents haven’t arrived.
When I went to my older branch they said all formalities have been met.Finally I got fed up I withdrew all my money from the account and stopped using the account all together.Poor customer service.i recommend no one to have an account there. A simple thing as branch transfer cannot be handled by them.
What will they do with things like loan processing?
