LAZY CONSUMER SERVICE AND SLOW PROCESSING.

I am having an account with Bank of Baroda since past five years but I have never got connected with the bank or there never established any bonding between bank and me. Their approach towards us is very casual and very bad. Service is very pathetic compared other banks. Any application for any updation or new facilities takes months to be done. Only reason of sticking to this bank is their coverage and availability, bank and their ATM are available over most of the places. Another reasons is their new facility or modernization is very fast. Other than above mentioned pros their is nothing appreciable.
