HELLO FRIENDS, Today, I am sharing some experience of bank of baroda . I have opened an account in this bank in 2014 and till today this account is running but I am not satisfied with this bank. There are some reason behind it, which I explained below. The first thing is that, their staff and their service to the customer is so worst. I am one time event, which happend with me in bob branch. I had gone in band of baroda for my atm issue. The issue was that, when swap my atm debit card then shows an error, that your card is blocked. So, I contacted in the branch of bob, when I reach their, and told my problem to one of the staff their then, He replied me, go asked some one else "i dont know anything about your problem" . In last I met branch manager and asked help to him . His behaviour is good but he didnt help me and just told today is some issue so I couldnt help today. After then I returned from their and next day but that day also I got nothing . After a week, by my luck my problem was solved their. Then I got relaxed. Their staff take too much time for any work. That was not good for us. But Internet banking is good . The transaction through internet banking get fast.
