Poor Customer Sevice

I’ve been a Bank of Baroda customer since past 3-4 years. I have my salary account with them. They do not have many branches everywhere, same thing with the number of ATMs. You have to go to the other side of the city to avail their services.


Their online payment system is the worst. Once you forget a password to your 3d secure code, your account is forever blocked. My account has been blocked for online payment since many months because of this. I’ve emailed them many times but they haven’t done anything till now.
