In last Sept., BOB open new Branch near my residence. it s 8 to 8 branch.:-) So, I visit the branch and opne the new Saving Account with new branch.
I was Submited the all required Form and Documents for new A/c and for new Debit/ATM Card.
Bank Officer said me - " I can collect my Pass Book and Cheque book by next day evening & Debit Card will be sent you with in 15 days at you home. ! "
I was Thanking him.
But not on next day but after a week I was visit the branch for collecting my pass book and cheque book.
And at that time Officer give me only cheque book! I ask for Pass Book - and he replyed me Priner is not working and pass book will be available after a 3-4 days! Its stranged - IN NEW BRANCH PRINTER IS NOT WORKING! Its funny! Its bad services!
After 15 days I can not received my Debit Card! I was wait for it! After a month I Once againe visit to BOB for Debit Card! At that time Officer Replay due to too much load its delay. my Debit Card form already send to consenr department! i got it in week!
After week I once againe visit the bank, but that time I cant got any proper answer!
Next day I call on ToLL FrEE Customer Care number! They give me one other number of BOB Mumbai! I called up Mumbai for My Card! From where I know that my BOB branch not sending my Application form to consern department!
Its very SURPRISEY for me.
So, After too much Telephone Call and too much follow up with Bank Manager - I got my Debit Card in Jan.( after 4 months)
So, . its very very poor and bad service by BOB
