I have a account for in my Bank of Baroda. I applied for a credit card beacuse I need this to pay in emergency conditions. They issue a credit in the name of mine. When I go to my first pay its say this card is not valid. I am confuse that what I do . Then I make toll free call to my bank. They ask for every detail which is a very good thing in terms of security and safety . He go for further conformation . Then he activate my card. But I m shocked when I seconly pay for my stuff in a online site its can not generate OTP.
MY mobile number also active that time. But this is happen I cant understand. When I again call them they said I must registered for this. Every time they wants to register the card.
After that they said me that I need to attach and add this card to my bank account.
See how uneducated their staffs are. They must need to know the first step.
Ok nkw I go for third payment this time get a message and said its persist a technical error . Then try again.try again. Try again. Try again. Try again.
Then I broke my card into small pieces.
Worst experiance.
