I have a account in this bank from 5 years.and I m not happy with this bank as there interest rates are very low. And there facility and faculty are not good as this govt. Bank so I created account in this bank but there work in this bank are not good. All work so lazy, they do very late for every transaction.and atm’s of bank of india are not available everywhere. The atm get very hardly 1 or 2 nearby. this is so worst of this bank.
The online banking is also very bad. It not work properly. the mobile banking of this bank is not suitable everywhere.The staff of bank of India sit and do gossip. They are not interested in work.
Frnd if are going to open an account then dont prefer this bank.
