Its service is so poor

Bank of India’s tag line is Relationship beyond Banking. But I just going to cut the relationship with this Bank because its not a customer friendly Bank. I have a account in Bank of India Kanriya Branch. Its my student account. As per student account terms and conditions I khow its not treat as a normal Saving account. But here the charged low balance maintenance charge. I complained them about this issue but they didn’t listened my views. Then comes to it service. What a poor service that was. If I went to Bank for withdraw my scholarship amount then I have to lose 2 hours in the bank. There was only one cash counter where all deposit and Withdraw was made. So its very pathetic to me. Its phone banking is also not available. Here Internet banking is available but Bank staff didn’t help me to activate this service l. There was a ATM near the bank but maximum time It was either Out of Service or Out of Cash. So in emergency situation I don’t withdraw any amount from ATM. One issue with Bank of India customers service. What a silly service that was. If I need to talk with them then I must be wait 30-40 min in phone line. Its very disgusting Customers support I think. Though its Nationalised Bank of all poor to midle class people but the bank don’t play its role properly. That’s all
