Bank of india is one of the largest bank of indian country. Bank of india spreaded over india with these branches in villege level, in town and everywhere. I also the member of bank of india account in karad branch. This is good bank but only in physical service like staff service in branch.
But I experienced this bank disappoints in netbanking features. I am using sbi netbanking, bank of maharashtra netbanking and bank of india netbanking. But I experienced with comparing others bank of india netbanking is very difficult to use. When I forgot my username and paasword of bank of india netbanking, this is to much difficult process to get new username to you. We should have go to bank for new username. But camparing to others, when we forgot the username and password, we can reset through authorised and linked to this email id and phone number. There is do not need to go in bank for new username. We can do in just 2 minutes online with sbi, bank of maharashtra. But not with bank of india.
Also Atm service of bank of india also not much spreaded in india. In our subdistrict, there is the bank of india. But bank of india atm service is not available. We have to use others banks atm service for transaction.
Netbanking interface ia also difficult to use. Its app sometime says try later.
Customer service also poor. They doesnt solve the issue online. We have to go in bank for every netbanking and atm issue, problem.
