I have very bad experience with customer service. Most of the employee in branch is aged. They are not treating the customers in good manners.
I have faced issue with customers service untile closing of account.whenever I am asking any information they are not giving proper reply.
So finally I have decided to close account. Even while closing account when I filled the form I dont have coin of 1rs. I told him but the employee asking me to go outside the branch and bring change of 1 rs from anywhere. Why? Its my money and its responsibility of bank to give. So why should I go outside for making change.
Net banking , mobile banking , ATM servise is good. Charges and minimum average balance is also acceptable. But not happy with customer service
