I want to share my experience on facilities provided by bank of india. I used the phone banking facilities dor three months after that I leave this facility. The transition is very slow . Sometime my transaction did not completed. The availability of atm is very poor . You can find very little no of Bank of India atm in your area. If the atm is present then the caah is not in the atm. This is also one of the poor facilities of BOI.The Internet Banking facilities is very slow. The site is very poor. The transaction processes for a long time. Sometimes the amount deducted but transaction not complete will occur. If you have any problems the customer service will not help properly. The customer services is very bad they just doing their formalities. The customer service did not give you detailed information. It you mailed the customer service they takes a long time to respond . I am not happy with the facilities provided by the BoI.
