I had gone with my mom for just collecting the fd and updating passbooks and all. So my mom went for updating the pass book to the person instead she directed my mom to a machine which also updates the passbook. The person shower where the machine but the machine was down and she was reluctant to actually update the passbook by telling im busy. Me and my mom were very pissed and left the bank and spoilt our mood. Not happy with the way they talk to account holders. Overall they provide good facilities. Decent interest rate on fd. Good lockers. But the staff is where it goes wrong. Overall the bank is not having a very prompt staff I wouldnt recommend this bank especially if your a senior citizen.
