Worst Bank

Hello friends I am having an account in bank of India since last 2 years and here is my experience with this bank.


In the initial first year I was really using banking service as I used to do transaction in cash only but now due to demonetisation and advancement of the online payment I regularly uses it and I realise that the banking service of Bank of Baroda not good at all when I compare it with the other banks like SBI Internet banking page interface of bank is not good and very slow.


The phone banking is very irritating because to avail the service of Miss Call banking or to check balance we have to call multiple times and on the phone banking app also we have to be there for many time is it because a lot and sometimes or should I say all the terms the network is busy only and we have to wait for half an hour so that we our call is connected to the customer care representative.


They are ATMs available in the city of this bank but always there is no money in the ATM talking about the customer care service I have to wait for 2 weeks for a single call back of their customer care representative for out of my check in the bank and I have to roam in the bank and they always said that they will process my request but take approximately among to proceed my request overall it is not a good bank has the customer care service is not good. Bank or service oriented enterprise so the main thing should be customer care service is a customer care service will be good then the bank would have high ratings but the Bank of India has a very bad customer care service so this bank is not preferred by me.
