Today, I am going to tell you the banking service of Bank of india. I have opened a Savings account of my wife in Bank of India at yamuna vihar brance delhi approximately 4 or 5 months ago. I have opened this account with 1000 rupees. In the month of november 2016, We need Net banking facility because of demonitazation. So, We went in the bank and filled application form of internet banking and submit it to bank official on dated 10 December. I was told that the netbanking login id or password will be available in 15 days. but I have visited 5-6 times in the branch. Each and every time they calm down me and give me(jhhoti tasalli). today is 19-01-2017. 39 days have been passed. But I am unable to receive login id or password. There is nothing but problem. let me cleam one more concern, The same issue with my cheque book. the cheque book application form have been submitted alongwith netbanking application form. No cheque book received. They asked me to submit cheque book application form again. When I asked the reason for it. They told me, dont know but this time you will surely receive your cheque book at branch. there is no customer care. whenever you call(number busy). I request to all dont open any account in BANK OF INDIA. They dont care customer and specially their times. So go to another bank and get exact details before opening any
