Hi the post is regarding the account transfer from my village: Chakulia to my current city address: Ranchi has been pending since 12/10/2017. The Account is in my sisters name and she is a married woman and due to the same, her name was changed from Richa Kedia to Richa Singhania. With all the necessary documents she applied for the branch change in the Chakulia branch. When we reached our village branch: Chakulia for the account number: 476010510005091 for the status and regarding the problem persisting the officials said that the account has been transferred to the desired location, that is Kanke Road, Ranchi branch. And when the same was asked in the Ranchi branch officials said that the account has a problem of signature. They said that the signature still is by the name of Richa Kedia instead of Richa Singhania and said it can be verified from the origin branch only ( that is, Chakulia Branch) . And the officials at the Chakulia branch stated that the account has been transferred to Ranchi and any further procedures would be taken care of from Ranchi itself.In short, the officials of this esteemed oganisation are pointing fingers to each other only and there are no effective results that could be beneficial on our side. My sister have an 8 months old baby and a family to take care of. She dont have so much time to yell or keep standing in a line for three hours with no results.If the account has to be transferred with my present names ( Richa Singhania) signature instead of Richa Kedias signature. this shows the where did the problem persist. And instead of accepting the fault your officials are blaming us.And this way I also sent a mail to the zona officer and tagged along the PMO office and then they took the action and revert me with reply that the signature is valid and passbool can be issued.And the next day when I went to the bank again they say that they want the old passbook to complete the procedures and again with the same drama. I have now filed a case in cosumer court for manipulating our account. And now waiting for the results.The officials are very rude and ill-mannered and dont know how to behave or talk. In my opinion if you open a bank account in this bank then you have to be rigid and a bit on a yeller side.
