Bank should be more effective

I have bank account at Tarakeswar Branch in Bank of India. My account is a current account. For Business I have to go to the Branch 2-3 times in a week. Every time I loose almost 2-3 hours in the Bank because of its slow service. So many times Bank has no link in banking hours. It is so pathetic to me. Phone Banking is available in this Bank but they don’t help the customer to use it. There are 3 Bank of India ATMs in Tarakeswar but only 1 is usable and others is damaged for 6 months. So many times in emergency situations I felt in trouble to cash out. I contacted to the BOI customer support about this issue but they didn’t help me. I aslo wrote a letter to BOI Manager, Tarakeswar Branch to open the ATM again but they also didn’t hear my views. Otherwise Internet Banking is available and I am using it also. It should be more improved and customer supported.
