5 years ago I opened Account in bank of india for my education purpose.
But now enough is enough I just want to give a rating to a Bank of india below than 1.
this bank gives a worst service to their customers.
bank of india has a very slow working speed ( slower than Turtle ) .
employee of the bank always talk in attitude and act like as they are giving a money to us like beg.
the bank have a lackluster service in internet banking as well as in mobile banking. they always give you a temper to you with not responding your phone call in the bank. I just tried to call in bank but they did not answer my call even in 3rd try.
in july validity of my debit card is expired even todays date I didnt get new debit card.i just try to contact in bank but they just ignore my complaint.
I will recommend you do not open a Account in BOI.
