The first thing wn an Indian listens to the word bank, "Bank Of India" is the only word which comes to the tip of his/her tongue. BOI has dominated as such for the past decade.
recently, I visited as branch in Dadar(west), but wt I got to know that was the environment hardly live up upto their name.it was more of caorse therein. the employees, the bank officials all contributed to it. the staff therein was nt at all concerned abt the customers n were least bothered.the cash counters weren’t properly managed.
People unnecessarily had to stand in long queues.the support staff were just roaming here n there as if they dint care.recently launched passbook update machine via barcode was the only thing that was functioning normally there.people were fed up n some them even went up to the manager with their grieviences.I had to hold me back for about 30mins in that long queue just for withdrawing cash.c’mon, plzz stay upto ua name, ppl wont appreciate such unpleasant experiences.
