I opened an Account with Bank of India for Online Transactions mainly for Shopping.The BOI’s branch was newly opened when I asked them to open an Savings account they behave too good.After opening account I chose internet banking for online services.
But there was no one to help in getting Internet banking.However I visited branch again, this time I got a form for Netbanking.
After one month I got netbanking Kit abd try to Login but all attempt was failed and my account get blocked after few days I got new Netbanking kit without requesting for this one .I visites branch to inform that this time I have not opted for this service but they deny to accept .After that I start using BOI star App for Android but that was fail too.So I don’t recommend to Open Account with BOI.
